RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
COLLECTION CLOTHES AND JEWELRY: Due to the nature of handknit pieces, each piece is unique and no two looks exactly alike, therefor refunds will only be authorized for items that are greatly misrepresented.
Your satisfaction with MOD items is our priority. If the MOD standard size and measurement does not fit properly MOD can make alteration for your items at additional cost. All alterations must be reviewed to ensure the desired fit and look are achievable. Altered items are not eligible for return. The cost of shipping items for alteration is solely the customer's responsibility.
CUSTOM ORDERS are non-refundable. However, it is our mission to make you happy with your custom item, therefore we will work on your item until it looks and fits you perfectly.
GIFT CERTIFICATES are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned for cash value. All sales are final.

As an independent design company, MOD takes pride in our product and your satisfaction. We will always do everything in our power to deliver the best product.
As a small company, MOD produces orders as received and ask for your patience and understanding. In situations when expedited work is requested we are more than happy to work with our customer’s to ensure timely delivery of goods. Please contact us directly to work out a timeline for your piece(s).
As an independent company, MOD reserves the right to refuse services in cases such as, but not limited to:
- Requests that do not fit our design aesthetics
- Requests that do not meet our company policies
